Lorenza Lanciaprima
Passionate the technicques of well-being massage, in 1998 I begin to attend the school of Traditional Chinese Medicine “MediCina” in Milano, qualifying me as a Tuina Operator.
The concept of Qi is Energy
The Qi we find in the Earth, in the Sky, in the Nature.
We find the Qi in ourself.
Love the Qi means be in harmony with us in the Universe.
If the Qi flows well inside of us, we are well in health.
The Qi moves with the intent, heart – mind.
If there are too many thoughts the Spirit is disturbed and the Qi is in short supply and therefore also the health conditions.
Yin and Yang
The energy that harmonize ourselves
The origin of the concept Yin and Yang probably resulting from observation of the ancient chinese peasants that they noticed the cyclical alternantion of the day and the night.
The day is yang energy and the night yin energy; so the energy is on continuon moviment.
Tuina
Tuina is one of the oldest massage techniques, it is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and it works on the Agopunture points.
Thanks to a specific manual skill, it has a big effectiveness for rebalance the body’s energy.
